Account Deletion

In the app (fastest). Student app → Settings → Delete account. Tutor portal (web) → Settings → Security → Delete account.

By email. Send a message to support@superprep.pro with the subject line:

Please include, from the email address on your account:

• Your full name
• The email address your account is registered under
• Whether you have a tutor or student account

We may reply once to confirm it's really you before processing the request.

• Your account and login
• Your profile — bio, subjects, qualifications, location
• Your photos
• Your messages
• Your practice and session history
• Marketing-attribution records tied to you

• Payment and transaction records— retained as required by law (typically several years for tax and accounting records). These are anonymized: your name and contact details are removed from them, but the transaction itself stays on our books because we're legally required to keep it.
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics — usage statistics that can no longer be traced back to you.
