What we look for
Degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or strong professional experience in your subject area.
Subject mastery
Deep understanding of the subjects you want to teach — WAEC, JAMB, A-level, university or professional level.
Strong communication
Ability to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles and communicate promptly with parents.
Device and internet
Reliable internet connection and a device capable of running video sessions. Required for online teaching.
Reliable and committed
Show up on time, follow through on sessions and respond to messages within a reasonable time.
Location (in-person only)
Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan or diaspora cities. Online tutors welcome regardless of location.
